Fall Walks 2007
Jim Burke, of St. Clement Catholic Church in Romeo, celebrates the 25th Northwest Macomb County/Romeo CROP Hunger Walk and his 25th year of walking in the event. Jim is a retired high school teacher who this year collected $640 for his Walk. He was the Co-Coordinator of the Romeo/Washington Walk in 1988 and 1989. Barbara and John Frank are the Coordinators of the 22nd Huron Valley CROP Hunger Walk, which is hosted each year at St. Mary Catholic Church in Milford. The Franks have coordinated the Huron Valley/Milford Walk for 11 years, and are members of St. Mary Catholic Church, which had 62 Walkers last year who collected $5,493.
