Milton held its 2007 CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, April 28, as a joint effort with nearby communities of Janesville and Brodhead. This was the first year for Brodhead to host an event. As of May 20, 2007, the joint effort raised $45,000 with some additional money still to come in. Carol Hulburt, coordinator for Milton, baked these CROP cookies for the recruiter orientation event.
